Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), a Government of Tamil Nadu Enterprise, invites applications from experienced professionals for 4 General Turn (GT) posts as per Advertisement DIPR/906/DISPLAY/2026, dated 18-10-2026. Place of posting: TNPL Unit-I, Kagithapuram, Karur District and Tissue Plant, TNPL Unit-II, Kagitha Nagar, Mondipatti, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. Terms of appointment are as per the official notification. Age and experience may be relaxed up to 2 years in deserving cases (as per notice).

Educational qualification / கல்வித் தகுதி
- General Manager (Paper): First Class full-time B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology, or full-time Arts / Science degree with First Class full-time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology. Minimum 29 years experience in a large continuous process plant, including at least 2 years as head of operations in an integrated pulp and paper plant
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). Minimum 26 years experience in a senior Finance / Accounts position in a reputed industrial / continuous process organisation
- Assistant General Manager (Tissue Machine Production): First Class full-time B.E / B.Tech (Chemical / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology), or degree with First Class PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology, or First Class B.A.Sc (Pulp and Paper), B.Tech (Cellulose Technology) or M.Sc (Pulp & Paper / Cellulose & Paper Technology). Minimum 23 years in a high-speed tissue paper plant, including at least 5 years as head of tissue operations
- Deputy Manager (Tissue Machine Production): Same qualification as Assistant General Manager. Minimum 10 years in a high-speed tissue paper plant (Facial, Napkin, Kitchen towel and Toilet tissue grades)

- Assistant General Manager: minimum 43; maximum 50 (GT), 53 (BC/BCM/MBC/DNC), 55 (SC/SCA/ST)
- Deputy Manager: minimum 29; maximum 40 (GT), 43 (BC/BCM/MBC/DNC), 45 (SC/SCA/ST)
- Age and experience may be relaxed up to 2 years in deserving cases (as per notice)
